Team Filson Memorial Fund

As most of you know, Coach Filson recently passed away from cancer. Coach Filson has had an enormous impact on our community, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of many of us for the rest of our lives. In an effort to continue on his legacy, the family would love to establish a scholarship for one student each year at James E. Taylor High School. Anyone who knew Rick, knew how committed he was to teaching his students and encouraging them to reach their goals. He was endlessly kind and compassionate, and he made every student feel welcome in his classroom. This account will be the central donation page for anyone who would like to make a contribution towards the Team Filson Memorial Fund. Thank you all again- with your help, we can ensure Coach Filson’s legacy lives on within the THS community.
