The Jericho’s IN-Vitro Fertilization Journey

Donation protected
Hi my name is Ashley, I’ve known Zach and Cori for a little over 5 years. As soon as we crossed paths we just kind of effortlessly stuck together. I’ve come to know them as family. When Paul and I became pregnant with our first child, I can’t think of anyone else that stayed by our side through the entire process. Zach with Paul, and Cori with myself. They have the most amazing kind of love that I have always admired! They eventually got married in 2018 where we were honored to be apart of their wedding. They have been trying to get pregnant with a child of their own ever since. They’ve had some fertility struggles on both ends and I can tell it devastates them more than they let on. I see the way they treat my kids and interact with nieces and nephews of theirs but like a lot of couples the goal is a baby of their own. We have been trying to get them to let us put something like this out there for awhile but they resisted out of pride maybe and I understood. But after some time they finally gave in so thankfully here we are. I can’t think of a couple more suited to raise and love on a beautiful baby boy or girl! They have put up thousands of dollars already on testing, treatments, and different Doctor visits and it’s come down to IVF. These treatments as you might know can run upward of 20k. They are fortunate people but like most of us they aren’t in a position to put it up immediately. They have an appointment May 8th and in order to stay on schedule what’s required that day is an upfront cost of 9k. They are saving and pinching what they can, I’m hoping we can help them in some way. If you are in a position to or know Zach and Cori and would like to support a dream of theirs please donate what you can. I know with the pandemic going on times are scary and hard for some so a simple share can go a long way. below you will read what these two beautiful souls have to say about their journey...

Hey guys, it’s me Zach. I write this with a heavy heart, I have wanted to be a father for as long as I can remember. I have nieces and nephews who I would do anything for. I’ve waited in hospital waiting rooms for hours to see some amazing people that I love have children. However Corinne and I have been trying to make a baby for 3 years and have been unsuccessful. At the moment our only option is IVF. I am ready to be a good dad to a beautiful baby. Nothing would make me happier. There are a lot of factors against us, but I’m willing to do anything to make this dream come true. For those who are reading this, I want to express my gratitude whether or not you decide to help. Thank you. -Zach jericho

Hey guys, it’s me Corinne! As some of you may know, we have been trying to have a little Jericho for some time now….3 years to be exact! Hope has played a big role in our lives along with prayer. We knew early on that something wasn’t right but chose to hold onto hope. One day maybe that pregnancy test would have 2 lines, we held on to that one for even longer. Last year we decided to go see a doctor and make sure everything was working properly. Life changed a little for us in 2019, things weren’t working properly. Our case isn’t uncommon by any means but this is us. My labs and testing didn’t come back perfect and neither did Zach’s. As for mine, my Fallopian tube on the right side was blocked on top of having PCOS. I also don’t ovulate all the way, makes it very hard to produce. And Zach, just didn’t have enough swimmers. Nothing IVF can’t handle! On April 14th, 2020 we said yes to the 50% chance we have with IVF to have baby Jericho. Or as Zach like to see it Pro baseball or soccer player….lol. With IVF comes a ton of medications for both Zach and I, $5,000-$10,000 to be exact and that’s not including the IVF which is $9,000. With a hopeful start date in June and Implantation in August we have weighed out the options…..and we need help. Not a fun thing to ask for but for us this is something we can’t do normally, it’s just not our story. With a love so great, we are ready to bring a little one into the picture to share it with….and not another dog, even though we love Vader……lol With the start date in June our first payment will be May 8th. That isn’t including the thousands we’ve already paid for with the testing. That being said we are pulling all we can together to get this started…we just need a little help from our friends. I can’t wait to share this journey with all of you. It really is a dream coming true. I’m truly grateful for the doctors and medicine today because It was already heart breaking to know we only had a 1% chance to get pregnant normally. I love you all and thank you whether you donate or not. -Corinne
