Over the years Gabi has received love and care from so many organizations, and in order to help the next child who needs their love and care, it is the Hornsby’s wishes to send donations to the following foundations in Gabi’s honor : Community Hospice, PedsCare, Tim Tebow Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, and Jay Fund. Hornsby’s forwarded message: Dear Friends and Family! Today Gabi’s endless journey began. She crossed over to the other shore and is now in the arms of someone who loves her even more than I. Even though we have known for some time now this day would come, we could still never prepare ourselves enough for the pain the loss of our sweet girl would bring. We ask for your continued prayers during this time as we prepare to say goodbye, for now, to our precious girl. Please know that we have asked friends to post on our behalf in an attempt to help keep you informed of announcements and services that will take place over the next several days.
