We are raising money for 65 Rose's day in aid of Cystic Fibrosis Ireland. 

We completed our own duathlon with a 6.5km cycle,  6.5km run and another 6.5km cycle today for this worthy cause.

This charity provides excellent support to the CF community and we would be grateful for any donations contributed.
