13 year Esinam (Ghana) needs surgery

Esinam is a 13 year old girl that is in the care of New Seed International in the Volta Region of Ghana. She needs surgery to correct her facial deformity. No one quite knows what the deformity is from as both her parents died when she as young. Please help this sweet girl out. Every bit helps!
New Seed is a reputable not for profit orphanage/school/clinic that helps children affected and infected with HIV/AIDs as well as sick members of the community. It runs mostly on donations, prayers and the good heart of others.
