Hi everyone and thanks for visiting the page. 

To encourage people to donate to the Irish Cancer Society, I set a target to run 300km over the month of April - within 2km from my home. On April 30th I completed the last 21km around Rathfarnham and finished up in Marlay Park.

Fundraising is a big challenge for all charities at the moment and with Daffodil Day having to be cancelled last month, it is brilliant to have raised such a significant amount of money here which will help the Irish Cancer Society to continue its important work in research and in supporting cancer patients and their families. Once I am able to withdraw the funds it will be sent straight to the Irish Cancer Society who will have full autonomy to use the money wherever it is needed most.
