Alyssa’s Service Dog Fund

I am a 24 year old who has a heart condition called pots it causes me to pass out up to 8 times a day sometimes more. A service dog would help me gain The ability to go out on my own with the service dog would make me so happy since I can’t really go places alone for fear or passing out and something bad happening to me. Also a service dog would be able to detect my heart rate going up too high and would then signal me that I need to sit down or else I will pass out.
