Type 1 Teen Need Insulin help

I was diagnose with  Type 1 Diabetes when I was 15 and I cant afford my insulin. The cost of my Insulin is about $500 to $600 a month. I currently have about a week supply left of this life of this life saving medication.  Any help is appreciated.
