8 year old Joshua needs your help to survive

Joshua is 8 years old and currently on the Island of St Lucia whom desperately needs medical care off island. The family needs to raise $12,000 US dollars to have him transported to Martinique for more tests and treatment of a long term and potentially life threatening heart condition.
