Joseph Sobeck went into the hospital on March 6th with chest pains. He unexpectedly passed away 5 days later on March 11th. He left behind his wife of 53 years Vivian, two children, and seven grandkids. He was battling cancer at the time of his passing and could not work while going through chemotherapy. Him and his wife’s only source of income was his social security checks. Vivian worked for the local school district as a lunch aid but hasn’t been able to because of the coronavirus causing the schools to close. She has no source of income now and is struggling to pay for the burial and medical expenses. Joe also was a proud veteran who served in the Vietnam war. He was a hard working man with a great personality and anything you donate would go a long way in helping Vivian and her family.
