Jacob is my best friend since childhood, and has been living with Cystic Fibrosis since birth. CF is a genetic condition that causes breathing difficulties, respiratory infections, pancreatitis, malnutrition., and many other symptoms and secondary conditions such as diabetes. Obviously, this puts Jacob in a VERY high risk category for COVID-19. He can no longer work due to quarantine, and he has an incredible amount of medical expenses and bills from recent hospitalizations and current maintenance medications. He has always been the type to want to work as much as possible and hates asking for help, but seeing as this situation is completely out of his control, I would like to surprise him with some relief.
