Jessica’s Road To Recovery
Donation protected
Yesterday, March 12th 2020, my sister Jessica got a call from her Dr to come in right away to discuss MRI results. After months of unexplained and debilitating symptoms, a diagnosis of Lupus, and doctors thinking she had MS, she finally got some answers. Her MRI revealed that she has a brain tumor(most likely non-cancerous) growing behind her eye attached to the bone of her eye socket. This explains the symptoms including the bulging out of her left eye. She was sent to Tampa general where she was admitted, met with a neurosurgeon, and given some more tests. They are beginning to plan a course of action to remove the tumor. As it’s just the beginning, we’re not sure everything that’s in store just yet or how long she will be out of commission for. She has 3 children and a husband at home that rely on her as well as her income. She has no family where she lives since she recently moved to Florida which will make finding care for her children while her husband is working even more difficult. Please help if you can to ease the financial burden of Jess and her family and to assist with Jessica’s recovery.
Update: Surgery is scheduled for March 24th
