Help Amy-Marie Crush Cancer

Amy Marie Rivera has been providing support, love, and leadership in our community for decades as an educator, parent, and administrator. At Corlears school, where she has worked for 20 years, she is known as the glue that holds that community together. Now we all have the opportunity to support her through a challenge she is progressing through. She is currently undergoing treatment for Cancer. We all know that long term medical treatment is not an isolated entity and carries with it a long list of added expenses and difficulties to accomplish all that a person (especially a parent) must complete in any day. This is especially difficult with the added precautions needing to be taken during the Covid-19 pandemic. Amy is now a part of the vulnerable population we are all trying to protect. She must face each treatment and doctor visit alone as support persons are no longer allowed in medical facilities. Her family cannot leave the house and risk bringing the virus back into the home. These changes have made what is already a challenging situation, more challenging. This campaign is intended to ease the burden of the extra medical and related expenses and create opportunities to make every day life (meals, chores, rides to treatments, etc) a bit easier during treatment. We intend for Amy Marie’s energy and focus to remain on healing and being with her family and resting. Go Fund Me Required Details 1.
