DESI & TATY JIRON y MARIA GUERRERO SON LOS ORGANIZADORES DE ESTA RECAUDACIÓN DE FONDOS EN MIAMI, FLORIDA EN NOMBRE DE MARIANELA E ISABELLA SABORIO QUE ESTÁN EN NICARAGUA. 

Yesterday my daughter Isabella, who is only 16 years old, suffered a diabetic coma. We didn’t  know that Isabella had type 1 diabetes,  and we found her unconscious in her room.  In the race we took her to  Baptist Hospital directly to the emergency room. She  was still unconscious and did not realize anything.  When performing several tests, the doctors found out that her blood sugar level was above 1000 being the normal high 100. This is a confusing disease, and if the symptoms are not managed, it can be lethal.  She had been losing weight since last year, and for us it was normal since she is a teenager. With much love, I ask you to help me cover my daughter's medical expenses, since yesterday she was admitted to the ICU, and she will be there for 3 to 4 days until she is completely out of danger.  These are expenses that, unfortunately, my family and I cannot cover,  and I beg you to help me. I know that God is going to multiply whatever you generously can donate. If you cannot donate, I beg you to share my post, so that other people can help my daughter to get out of this situation.  I thank each person who has been watching over my daughter and has her in their prayers.

El día de ayer mi hija Isabella de tan solo 16 años sufrió un coma diabético, no sabíamos que Isabella padecía de diabetes tipo 1 y la encontramos inconciente en su cuarto . En carrera la llevamos al hospital Bautista directo a emergencias, ella aún estaba inconciente no se daba cuenta de nada . Al hacerle varios exámenes se dieron cuenta los médicos que su azúcar estaba arriba de 1000 cuando lo normal alto es 100, esta es una enfermedad confusa y si no se manejan los síntomas a tiempo letal. Ella venía bajando de peso desde el año pasado y para nosotros era normal ya que es adolescente y los chicos de esa edad les cambia el metabolismo, sin embrago era la alarma de que algo estába mal con ella . Con mucho amor les pido me ayuden a cubrir los gastos médicos de mi hija ya que el día de ayer la dejaron ingresada en UCI y estará allí de 3 a 4 días hasta que esté totalmente fuera de peligro . Son gastos que por desgracia mi familia y yo no podemos cubrir y les ruego me ayuden . Y se que Dios lo va a múltiplicar si no pueden donar les ruego compartan mi post para que otras personas puedan ayudar a mi hija a salir de esta situación. Agradezco a cada persona que ha estado pendiente de mi hija y la tienen en sus oraciones.
