A suitable resting place should be serene, peaceful, calming, yet visually stimulating and inviting.  A place of nature, trees, ocean, flowers, plants, living creatures... life. 

That's what drew me to Better Place Forests, Pt. Arena. I  chose a younger yet established California Redwood in a coastal forest which is more fire resistant due to the coastal mist. It's age also guarantees a good long life span.


Bobby always said he wanted to be cremated and have his ashes mixed with those of his kitties who've gone before him, Sarah, Nora, Harry, & Colin. Better Forest will accommodate that wish, so all 4 kitties and Bobby will rest peacefully together at the base of a redwood, as will I, when the time comes.

They will put a bronze plaque with our names on it near the tree.

Of course, all this comes at a cost. As all things in life, and even after... 

So, it pains me to have to ask, but... this beautiful, peaceful resting place for Bobby and the kitties will run beyond my means. Every donation is greatly appreciated.
