Merthyr council truths fb group is hoping to raise funds to help merthyr residents affected by the recent floods due to storm Dennis.
As everyone knows storm Dennis has caused extensive damage to homes in certain areas of merthyr tydfil. Alot of residents have been flooded out with complete loss of furniture, carpets, clothing etc, and left with nothing.
Merthyr Council truths are hoping to raise enough funds in order to help these residents replace items lost in the floods. Councillors Geraint Thomas and Lisa Mytton are involved with this fundrsiser with us. Once the target has been reached a cheque will be presented to Councillor Geraint Williams and Lisa who will then distribute the monies to the people that need help in the appropriate manner.
Please help the residents of merthyr get back on their feet.
