Kiana's NICU Journey - Preemie Fund

On February 7, 2020, Katy and Colten welcomed their precious daughter Kiana Clare Warner into the world. Katy was just 30 weeks pregnant when she gave birth. After struggling with health issues and preterm labor over the weeks leading up, Kiana's early entrance to the world couldn't be postponed any longer. Kiana weighed in at 3 pounds 6 ounces and was 16 inches long when she was born. She went right to the NICU in Littleton and is expected to stay there for at least 8 weeks as she grows bigger and stronger, and her lungs continue to develop.

Katy and Colten are in for a long road as Kiana grows strong enough to make the trip home. Kiana's extended stay at the NICU carries some profound extra costs. The hospital in Littleton is approximately 2 hours away from home for them, so additional expenses will be adding up very quickly. Any funds raised will be used to help with lodging, food, and gas expenses for Katy and Colten. Any remaining funds following Kiana's NICU stay will be applied to medical and household bills.
