Victor Hidalgo Funeral Expesnes

Everyone who knew Victor knew that he always had a smile on his face and could make anyone laugh. Victor passed away Thursday night. Our hearts are heavy and filled with grief. We will be raising money to help the family with financial costs of the funeral and etc. Victor was my best friend and roomate. Camps funds will be withdrawn to my account and check written to his family.
