Australian Brush Fire Volunteer Trip

Hi guys! As some of you may know, I am pursuing a Masters degree in Emergency and Disaster Management and have always had a passion for all things disaster relief. With the brush fires in Australia impacting so many homes, animals, Australian citizens and the brave men and women who are aiding in the relief efforts, I cannot help but feel compelled to help. Asking for help, especially financial, is outside of my comfort zone but it is necessary in order for me to get to Australia and begin helping those who have suffered such unimaginable loss. I have such a supportive team on my side who helps assure me that this is what I am supposed to be doing but I am reaching out to anyone who is willing and able to help support this cause by helping fund my journey to Australia. All contributions that exceed my travel expenses will be donated to the relief efforts once I am in country and be used to help fund the ongoing relief efforts. Thank you all in advance and your contributions mean more to me than you know. I am the party that will be receiving the funds to help me sustain in Australia while aiding the wildlife rescue facility. The funds will be spent on travel expenses (plane/train tickets, accommodations and food) while I am aiding in the relief effort.
