Mike Icon's 30th / European Adventure

Hello family, friends, fellow freaks and beautiful beings,

The European Juggling Convention is the largest juggling festival in the world. Each year, thousands of the worlds top jugglers, object manipulators, and flow and fire artists descend upon the convention to perform, play, and learn with each other. The convention happens in a different European country every year and this year it will be held in Toulouse, France.

EJC promises to be an epic event and I have made it a personal goal to make it this year - I have dreamt of going for years and it would be a true cornerstone experience in my life. That said, I have never actually traveled outside of the US before and so, if I make it, I'd like to take a few months to explore and see as much of Europe as I can.

So... what does this have to do with you?  Well, a European adventure of this caliber won't be cheap and it just so happens that I turn 30 this April 21. So, I was kind of thinking that maybe, just maybe, people would be willing to donate to my travel fund and contribute to the best birthday present ever.

In short - I love you and if you love me, you'll put a little something in my jar here to help make my 30th birthday the most memorable and enriching experience of my life. If not, well... I'll still love you anyway ;~)
