Joseph is running the Cardiff Half Marathon

This year I'm running the Cardiff half marathon in aid of Mind UK (National Association for Mental Health). Mind is a charity working nation-wide to help millions of people who have been struggling with mental health problems. They've been the leading charity for mental health for 70 years and continue to help on a local and national scale today. It would mean the world to me if you could help this great cause. Every donation counts, but I know it's a big ask. Don't feel like you have to donate if you can't, even sharing this fundraiser with a friend or family member to help spread awareness of Mind would mean so much to me, and everyone they're helping.
