I teach Yoga in Houston Texas. One of our yoga friends in the YogaWorks community, Becky Kottwitz was held up at gun point on New Years day. She returned home at 10pm from baby sitting her grandchild. A man approached her as she was getting things from her car and held her up at gun point. He hit her in the face several times with his gun and took her purse and phone, then he shot her in the leg and left her there. She has a shattered femor, has already had surgery, and is recovering in Houston Hospital. She will be in recovery and PT for some time. I would like to ask for any donations that you could afford to donate to her family to help out during this time. You could donate to this page, or I'm holding a Full Moon Flow class on Friday January 10, 2020. Where all proceeds go to donations to help Becky and her family at this time.
