Veterinary Care in Southeast Asia

I will be continuing my travels of providing free veterinary eye care this February in Southeast Asia. I will be visiting several animal rescues throughout the region, including in Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Soi Dog and other animal rescues will be featured. There is a great need for animal eye care in this area of the world, and veterinary ophthalmologists are very rare there. Similar to my previous trips in other parts of the world, I will be providing eye care and instructing local veterinary teams how to provide emergency eye care to their animals. If you've followed my other adventures, you've hopefully observed that these volunteer veterinary trips help many animals and serve to demonstrate the meaningfulness and effectiveness of volunteerism, notably to my fellow veterinarians.
