Adam’s Kidney Transplant Fund

I’ve been battling kidney failure for 13 years. Now my kidneys are completely failing and I must have a kidney transplant. We are having to travel to San Antonio to have this procedure done and am needing help with the funds to make this possible. My sister has offered me a kidney and we are working towards getting this transplant done. Thank you for donating and helping make this a reality for me and most of all—allowing my life to continue!
