Help me move somewhere safe

Hello. My name is Jade, or Midori if you know me from online. For a time I have been staying at a friends and renting their upstairs room to live in. I have 2 cats and pay my bills on time. As far as housemates go, it could be worse. Well, the other night, while the friends I rent from were away, they sent their abusive daughter to stay here. This is a girl who has broken her mother, given her step father an irregular fucking heart beat (trauma), destroyed over $1,000 in property and is the reason for all the holes in the ceiling here. I was told by the friends I am renting from AND the homeowner that she was not allowed here, due to the extensive damage she's caused. Not to mention the multiple occasions where she tried to kill her parents. She has brought with her a neglected pitbull who, just 2 years ago, tore the throat open of the little dog my housemates have. I have 2 cats that I need to protect but that's hard to do when I'm also worried about getting the shit beat out of me because this abusive chick has a good 150lbs and 6 inches on me. I cannot and will not live with her, never again. Not after the night I had to hide under a car and call 911 because she had her fucking parents hostage in their room beating them for asking her to take her medication. Which she doesn't have right now. She left it at her ex's. Anywho, yeah, I need to leave now. My savings are nearly non-existant and I cant save up enough fast enough. I'm going to attempt to take out loans, but one way or another, I can't be here with her. She will kill us. I won't.
