Melanie went into preterm labor at 26 weeks at 0300, on November 30th. Melanie was taken to Ivinson Memorial Hospital in Laramie, Wyoming and assessed. Due to her condition she was transported, via Flight For Life, to Presbyterian St Luke's (PSL) in Denver, Colorado through blizzard conditions. Since Saturday, Melanie has been admitted into the Pediatrix/Obstetrix Medical Group of Colorado at PSL. Melanie's condition is stable with the baby still in utero. However, Melanie continues to have preterm labor contractions. The doctor's have informed us that Melanie is expected to stay in the hospital for the next several weeks. Melanie's husband, Corbin, and daughter, Sofie, were able to get out of Laramie despite all the roads being closed in and out of the city due to the blizzard. What the Davis family needs are prayers and financial support during this crisis. Melanie will not be cleared to return to work until after the baby is born. Corbin took this week off of school and work to watch Sofie and provide support for his family. With that we need help with medical bills for an extended hospital stay, two ambulance rides and an airplane flight out of Laramie. Along with regular expenses that we need help with while Melanie cannot work. Any donations and prayers are greatly appreciated.
