My name is Adrise Tone Love and I really could use your help! You may know me as a successful rap artist but here's what you may not know. In 2003, I was diagnosed with  an hereditary illness called Polycystic Kidney Disease.  At that time, I was fully employed and thriving physically and financially, not yet experiencing the severity of my condition. At present (2016), I am receiving dialysis treatments and I am a kidney transplant candidate. Unfortunately, I had to stop working and have been waiting to receive S.S.I. for over a year, which brings me to this juncture. I am asking my family, friends and fans to show your love by helping me offset some medical expenses as well as keep a roof over my head until I receive Social Security or a kidney donor, whichever comes first. Honestly, the need is urgent.  A donation of any amount would be greatly appreciated!  I have had to downsize and move twice as a result of this situation. However, my faith in God has not waivered!I believe my circumstances are temporary, so I am asking for a "hand-up", not a "handout". As my health improves, I look forward to getting back on my feet and giving you more ot that "real rap" music you love to hear! Thank you all in advance for your support!
