Jaxon and Jameson Charlesworth
Donation protected
We were blessed with twin boys on 12/12/12, although they were 15 weeks early. Born at 25 weeks, Jaxon and Jameson will be in the NICU for months to come, and we will do everything in our power to spend time with them, as well as carry on as a family as much as we can. I stay home with their siblings, while their dad goes to work in the United States Army. Our schedules are a little crazy right now, as I leave to be with the boys at night after being home all day. Dad takes over at home as soon as he gets home from work, and I come home late after seeing the boys, and hopefully getting to hold them. The boys are micro preemies and the best thing for them is breast milk, even though they eat through a tube, so I also get up every 2 and a half hours at night to pump for them. This pregnancy was a hard one, and we were medically evacuated from Germany to Ft. Lewis so the boys could have the best possible care and a better chance at survival since we knew they would be early. The intercontinental move (our second this year), being without our things, having the boys in the NICU, and taking care of our other 2 children, Ayla and Mackie, has been incredibly financially difficult. The expenses this has entailed has left us unable to provide childcare for Ayla and Mackie, so that we can see the boys during the day. Shayne alone has gone almost a week without being able to see the twins. Any and all donations will go directly to child care and gas for travel to and from the hospital. Anything would be appreciated, and if it is not in your means to donate financially, than please share this page with others in the hope that they can help. We are truly thankful for everyone who has helped already by sending dinner, clothes, and toys for the kids. One of the associations that I am forever grateful for is the Army Fisher House here on Ft. Lewis. They took us in as a family as soon as our plane landed, and they housed my husband and the kids until they could find a house. They are a donation run organization, and they are amazing. Thank you any one and every one.
God Bless
