Hi,

My name is Amy and I have MS and a very rare disease called SPS.  I need IVig treatments immediately.  I have been approved for the treatments but I need $4,000 to pay for my Insurance deductable BEFORE THEY WILL START my treatments.  This disease is degenerative and aggressive. Without these treatments I am not even able to get out of bed. With treatments,  I will probably be able to go back to work. I have 2 kids and I just want to try my best to get healthy for them.
