B2R WELSH PEAKS CHALLENGE for 1st Betherden Scouting Group

I am doing my running group challenge this year on the 6th to 9th June 2025 Beginners 2 Runners Welsh Three Peaks Challenge. They have helped me so much just to get active again, be able to do more with my kids and also help my mental well being. It was only a 10 week course to do couch to 5k but nearly a year later I still there helping so many other people who where just like me.

More about 1st Bethersden Scouting, both my children go to the group, my son who was a Cub and now a Scout and now my daughter who was a Beaver and now a Cub. From myself being in scouting when I was younger it gives the children so much opportunity to learn life skills, get back to nature and create great bonds with others. By doing this it will help the leaders do more activates with the children taking them out for days doing water sports, climbing etc without an added financial burden to families who may not be able to do this.
