Hi Everyone,

So many of you have been a part of this journey from the very beginning. From the first CaringBridge post. Over 3 years later and we've come SO FAR.

3 years of grinding, stacking small achievements, and taking things one day at a time.

Now, I have a special day planned. I want to walk a 5k. 3 years after being told I'd never walk again, it feels fitting. And I want you all to be a part of it, because without you, this wouldn't be possible.

Walk, run, or roll with me to raise awareness about Spinal Cord Injuries, with all proceeds going to the Shepherd Center to help further SCI research as well as help the rehab center continue to provide incredible support to SCI patients.
