1st Annual Biathlon for Cancer

Recently on Aug 31st my husband Jamie Bertrand was diagnosed with Prostate cancer. This was a huge shock to him and my family.  Around the same time, he found out that two other families from his "dart community" were also dealing with cancer.  Ross Snooks's wife Aoife is battling leukemia and Allison Green (Greg Campbell) is battling breast cancer. With their blessings, he has decided to start a yearly Biathlon to help support all 3 families during this difficult time.   This year all donations will be provided to the three families to go towards any medical expenses, treatments,  prescriptions, parking, etc.  Donations raised next year will be given to each respective cancers research.  On Oct 3rd, Jamie will start this years biathlon by biking 75k then running between 8-12k.   Anyone interested in joining him on either stage or to just cheer on is more than welcome.
