I am a victim of a SLAPP lawsuit.

My name is Anthony Couch. I run the Seymour Immigration page in Seymour, IN.

I have a media/news page. It is a page used for Pro-Legal/Pro-deportation posts, reviews, articles, and for the general public to exercise its right to protest. The page is our assembly and our protest. I'm being sued, the page is being sued to be removed, and I'm being drained financially. I posted an article about a local attorney, including screenshots of actual case files from a public access website.

He claims this is libel, that I've caused him harm. I have not. I posted my findings that are public, with my opinion/review. He may not have liked it, but it's factual, and he even claims it is in his complaint. Two posts were made; the second post was actually a copy from his own page. The other he actually reposted on his page. So he must not be too worried about it.

So I'm being sued to remove the page. He is demanding ALL of my media account info and so much other BS that I'm done. He is trying to trample on my Constitutional rights under color of law, in my opinion.

I need help. I am a small-town guy being bullied and harassed by a large law firm in Seymour, IN because they didn't like my opinion/review, which is protected under the 1st Amendment of the United States of America.
