House Flooded Whitesboro NY

Our house is currently underwater all the way to our first floor. We don't know what to do or where to go. Financially we are stricken as we are a young couple with a 19 month old son. Please help!!!!! Not sure how much we need but their is tens of thousands in damage i would think. The foundation blew out. UPDATE Foundation is shattered and and so is our hopes. No rental car no house. Anything would be highly appreciated greatly. God bless!!!
