I have a badly torn labrum in my left hip that has started to detach from the bone. I also have bursitis in that same hip and abnormal bone growth in the neck of my left femur that causes the tear in the first place. I am in excruciating pain every second of every day and lately I have been waking up in tears due to the pain. The only way for me to get better is surgery followed by three months of physical therapy. Surgery is scheduled for November 23rd! They will stitch the labrum back together and shave off the excess bone growth. I will have to take 4-5 weeks off of work in order to recover. The surgery and related expenses will cost more than $7,000 after insurance. I have been picking up extra shifts at two jobs to help pay for it, but I'm afraid it won't be enough. I am asking help from my friends, Tribe, and family so that I may finally get the medical care I so desperately need. Any little bit will help. Thank you!!
