This fundraiser is to help cover day-to-day expenses for my Stepfather Richard Hough while he undergoes treatment for Stage three cancer of the colon and lymph nodes. Earlier this month Richard had fallen ill and needed to go to the emergency room, where they in turn scheduled an emergency colonoscopy the very next day. This resulted in a biopsy of abnormal cell growth found. Upon review, it was found to be a tumor that needed to be removed resulting in a section of Colon being taken as well as lymph nodes. The tumor was discovered to be Stage three cancer and it’s spreading. In the following days from the creation of this fundraiser Richard will have a port put into his chest and begin chemotherapy. He cannot return to work and this is devastating to him. Richard has worked hard all his life and has always done anything he can for others in need. He is an amazing, loving father, husband and friend to many. Please join in our mission to help Richard during this incredibly difficult time.
