Ian Hall, 12, lightning ended his life too early

Ian Hall, 12, son of Lydia and Adam Hall was the victim of a lighting strike on September 14 and passed away from his injuries on September 15. Ian was a student in the Covington School System and lived with his mom, dad, and 2 sisters in the City of Covington.
