Recently saved my place from eviction with the help of a few charities back on July 12th. Turns out one of the charities never paid my slumlord since he does everything illegally he didn't have a W9 form to give them to get paid. Neither the slumlord or charity never told me about the matter. Now with no warning or money saved I was served with a warrant for removal and am being forced from my home effective immediately. I lost my security deposit when my first landlord let my house go in foreclosure. Wednesday is my court date and will see if judge will let me stay another weekend at best. Please help if you can. Can't believe I'm in this situation. :(
