Funeral 4 Brandon Antillon(son of Julie Antillon)

Donation protected
Brandon Antillon was only 31 years young when he died the night of July 30th, 2019. Son of Julie Harstad Antillon WCHS Class of 1980 (and Phil Antillon Class of 1977). Sadly, on the evening of July 30th Brandon lost his way, forgot how much he was loved, and in a brief moment of grief and despair lost his life to suicide. It is hard to imagine the depth of one’s grief to believe in their mind that this is their only solution. No matter the manner, it is never easy to lose a son, brother, grandson, nephew, uncle, cousin, significant other and beloved friend. And, never easy for a parent to bury a child way before their time.Brandon was an extremely gifted, brilliant, imaginative and a shining bright light in electronics, imaging, design and 3D printing. He had a brief career with the military (Air Force) that was short lived but deeply patriotic and loved. He was a quiet, gentle and sweet young man that held a deep passion for his country, family, his passions in life and his animals. And, he was part of a large American, Italian and Hispanic family heritage that loved and embraced him fully. His death is a huge loss and one that will be felt for years to come. Brandon will be deeply missed by many. Now, his family in grappling with a loss and plans that they were not expecting to have to plan with at this time in their lives. Their loss is great and insurmountable, however their need is small and achievable. The family is planning a non-denominational Christian service with details soon to follow. My dear, sweet childhood friend is having to come to terms with the loss of her 2nd oldest child (out of 4) and she needs some help. A small and modest request. She just wants to provide him with a loving farewell for his family and friends (all are welcome). We ask - are you able to help? Are you able to donate a small amount? And, are you willing to share? Plans are for a small service and gathering to share a meal and reminisce over stories of Brandon - together with loving people. Please consider giving to my wonderful friend of 51 years. Julie has given her all for her kids, also donated her time for many and her church. She needs our help. Brandon is survived by his mom Julie, dad Phil, brothers Philip and Cameron and younger sister Elle. He is also survived by both sets of grandparents, aunts, uncles and many beloved cousins. All donations will be used for the service (church and pastor fees, printing costs, and the cost of a meal/food). Anything not used for the services will be donated in Brandon Antillon’s name friendly to the Suicide Prevention organization in California. Prayers and Thanksgiving Kathy Ashdown Novak.
