Eddie was diagnosed with Testicular cancer on Monday August 13 after months of pain and discomfort. He was scheduled for an emergency C Scan to know if the cancer has spread to his lymph nodes which sadly it has. Eddie was admitted into surgery August 15 to remove the tumor. He will need chemo therapy, and radiation. It’s not known yet if any additional surgery will be needed.Testicular cancer is common in men of all ages. There are less than 20,000 cases in the US every year. Although it is rare it is curable and most the time it goes away after chemo and radiation treatment. Eddie is 22, he is such a sweet, loving person. He is a son, brother, boyfriend, & uncle who is adored very much by his family and friends. I thank all his friends and family, and everyone that took time to pray and check up on him in these hard times. We also appreciate all the support in liberating Eddie with the burden of all his medical bills and treatments, any amount is helpful. It’s been a short but tough path and I know he will get through this ❤️ Thank You!
