Matt Carter Recovery Fund

Matt Carter was involved in a bad accident last night at Langley speedway. He broke his Tibia and Fibula, and destroyed his car. Matt has been a good friend and competitor to all that know and race against him. He is facing some recovery time and his car owner a significant amount to repair or replace his car.
