Research funding for Infant ALL +MLL

Our sweet little girl, Ariya, was diagnosed with infant acute lymphoblastic leukemia at the young age of 7 months. After battling cancer for 20 months, Ariya gained her wings and went to be with Jesus on 8/2/19 at 10:05am. Although childhood cancer is not rare, a very small subgroup is Infant Leukemia which are children that are under the age of 1 year old. And within that group, there is even a smaller percentage that have a particular gene mutation called “MLL” gene. Our mission is to have Ariya’s memory live on as well as to fight for the other children and families going through what we’ve had to endure.We are speaking closely with a research Oncologist that focuses on Infant Leukemia and specifically with the MLL gene at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.The funds that are collected on This GoFundMe account will go towards the research on this particular type of cancer that my sweet little Ariya battled. We ask everyone to come together and try to put an end to children battling cancer. No child should have to suffer. No parent should have to watch their child go through what we’ve had to witness.
