in a tight bind

I really don't like asking for this but I was hit by something unexpected the other day.

Due to me buying my first house and policies on the apartment complex i live. I am no longer able to transfer my lease to my roommate and I have to buyout my lease for $1400 which after buying my house I cannot afford and if i don't buyout the lease by September 30th I am faced with dealing with getting sued which I definitely can not afford. If you can share this with friends or donate a buck or two it would be greatly appreciated.
