Ismael Rivera Memorial (official page!)

Ismael Rivera passed away on Tuesday, July, 23 2019. He leaves behind his fiancee Maria Zbikowski and mother of his youngest son Joey Rivera, 24 who recently graduated as a Student Athlete (RU Football)  Rutgers University. He also leaves behind his oldest son Andy Rodrigues, 30,  who will be getting married this September 2019.  Ish was working 12 hour shifts in the Local 253 Union installing glass door/partitions all over the NYC metro area, hoping to help his two boys reach their life goals.

Everyone who knew Ish knows his name rings bells from Mt. Prospect Ave, throughout North Newark, South Bloomfield and Belleville. He has come across so many people in his life and everyone knows he was one of the good guys. Always willing to look out for everyone. For those who knew Ish on a personal level, I know you will share my grief in losing a great friend. 

So many people have reached out with their kind words and well wishes for his family. It is well appreciated and everyone involved is grateful. All donations will be directly passed along to both Andy and Joey. Anyone can contact Maria Zbikowski, my wife Dina and I for additional information.
