Isaac Roach, age 5 years old. Was born with a rare genetic abnormality, DiGeorge Syndrome (22q Deletion Syndrome), this defect caused him to be born with a host of medical isssues including but not limited to heart defects, seizure disorders, respiratory issues, physical limitations, speech limitations, hearing loss, and several other serious health issues. He has had over a dozen surgeries since birth, including 4 open heart surgeries, a tracheotomy, having a pace maker placed, he is 100% feeding tube dependent. He is unable to walk or talk.
