Our family just received the most devastating news a family can get, our son/brother, Evan passed away. He was less than a month away from turning 25 years old. Heartbroken, myself, my wife Lisa and two other sons, Gavin and Devin are trying to figure out how financially we can get to Phoenix and lay our beloved to rest. Three of us are here in San Diego and Devin has been living in Ocala, Florida. Unfortunately, this is the second major blow our family has been hit by in only 2 months. Lisa just endured major surgery to remove almost half of her right lung to a rare, Stage 3 Neuroendocrine A-typical Carcinoid Cancer tumors. Hospital bills and months out of work for healing have sent our finances in a downward spiral that are becoming unmanageable. That is why we are now turning to you, our family and friends, and friends of friends to please offer a helping hand to help us be together and say goodbye to Evan without losing any more crucial stability in this time of need.
