Support For The Grabers

Shawn and Heidi, a vibrant young couple, are raising their two little boys, Owen (1 year old) and Canon (5 weeks old). On June 14th, Heidi and Shawn decided to mow the lawn together in the evening. Heidi had Canon riding along with her as she helped Shawn mow. As Heidi was headed down a hill, she tried slowing down, but the mower threw her in front of the mower deck and rolled up on top of her and Canon. Heidi shielded Canon by laying over him until Shawn came to their aid. Through all of this, Heidi lost her right arm, and because of her protection, Canon was spotless. Heidi will be adjusting to a whole new lifestyle. The way she cares for her boys, the hobbies she has, the daily routines will all be different now. Shawn and Heidi are in the process of moving nearer to their parents homes, which will be a blessing, especially during this time. They will now need to do some remodeling to accommodate to Heidi's needs. There are many expenses that are headed their way: hospital bills, Shawn taking time off of work to help Heidi adjust, remodeling, care for the kids, and possibly a prosthetic arm. They are a sweet part of our community and we want to give back to them and support them in every way we can. Please consider giving to Shawn and Heidi as they learn a whole new lifestyle.
