4-H Youth Rocketry Project

I am raising funds for the Rolling Prairie 4-H Rocketry Project for youth in Elk and Chautauqua Counties in Kansas. I will be the project leader. There will be 10-15 youth in the project this year.
Funds will be used to purchase supplies to complete the Estes Rocketry curriculum (Rocket Lab) for grades 3rd through 8th.
The Rocket Lab curriculum teaches model rocketry and incorporates the building of rockets by the students. Lessons focus on and reinforce technology, language arts, social studies, science, and math as the students construct and fly their rockets.
Some of the supplies will be used in subsequent project years. The supplies purchased with these funds will be donated to the Rolling Prairie Extension District and remain their property. Any rockets or other projects completed by the 4-H youth will remain theirs.
