Support Deputy Natasha Skala’s Recovery

Natasha was in an accident while on duty in McKenzie County on Friday June 7th, 2019. She was stopped in her squad car waiting to turn left when a semi rear ended her vehicle. She was airlifted to Bismarck and was in critical condition. She broke at least seven ribs, has a bruised lung, upper neck fracture, several broken lower back vertebrae‘s, broken clavicle, broken humerus, and basically shattered shoulder. Because of the severe damage done to her shoulder, they plan to metal plate it, as they are not sure the bone would even be able to all heal back together.Many of the other injuries will take a long time to heal and is not something that they will operate on. Which will make this a very long road of recovery for her. Natasha’s recovery will limit her ability to return to her normal work schedule. The goal is to help raise funds for Natasha to assist her with personal expenses and bills during the time it takes her to recover. We are so grateful for all the love, prayers, and support through this difficult time.
