Samer’s Photography Equipment Stolen In Chicago

Samer Ghani is a full-time photographer based in Milwaukee, WI. While shooting in Chicago on Thursday, June 6th, Samer’s red Vessel bag (containing ALL of his photography equipment) was stolen. The estimated total loss is near $20,000.
Items stolen include: Canon 5D mrk3, 70-200mm lens, F224-70mm, lens 20-35mm lens and an iPad Pro.
Since becoming a full-time photographer, Samer has taken countless photos of countless artists in and around Milwaukee. Whether it’s been in his studio, on the road, at clubs or festivals Samer has been capturing and sharing what Milwaukee’s artistic community has to offer. He has also used his camera and creativity to create award-nominated album artwork for multiple artists and has been a fixture of the artistic community in Milwaukee.
We’re setting a goal of $8,000, which we hope will be enough to get Samer the equipment needed to resume shooting professional quality photos. We are hoping to surpass that goal and we hope that you will consider donating to help Samer replace all of what has been taken from him.
